Australian Citizen, Top Secret Positive Vetting with ability to gain/maintain an Organisational Suitability Assessment, Canberra role. The Training Developer will be responsible for the specification, design, creation, packaging and maintenance of materials and resources for use of Enterprise Technology Systems Program Office (ETSPO) system users. This will include a Performance Needs Analysis for end users. The Training Developer will also be responsible for instructional design, content development, configuration and testing of learning environments, and use of appropriate current technologies such as audio, video, simulation and assessment. Every application requires to address selection criteria as part of application submission Gather, document, communicate and manage user training needs. Develop learning management packages including, learning outcomes and delivery methodologies. Work with delivery vendors to ensure application specific training materials are fit for purpose, tested and accepted. Codification of developed knowledge to enable knowledge transfer to ASD contractors and employees. Good understanding of the Systems Approach to learning is essential.
