About The Role We’re on the lookout for a passionate Training Lead to help grow, inspire, and energise our Yo-Chi team across Brisbane. In this hands on role, you'll support new venue openings, uplift existing teams, and bring our brand values to life every day. No day is the same and every venue you visit will feel the impact of your leadership and good energy. What You’ll Be Doing Lead and onboard new venue teams for all upcoming venue launches across Brisbane and expanding regions. Drive successful openings by supporting venue readiness, team training, and smooth operational handovers as the business continues to grow. Deliver engaging workshops and keep training materials fresh, fun, and consistent. Support operational readiness so every new venue opens with confidence and chi. Maintain the highest standards in food safety, compliance, and brand consistency. Identify training gaps and roll out practical improvement plans. Coach, develop, and empower teams to deliver exceptional Yo-Chi experiences. What We’re Looking For 2+ years’ experience in multi-site training (QSR, hospitality, or food retail a bonus). A natural leader who thrives in fast paced, people focused environments. Hands on, proactive, and passionate about developing others. Valid driver’s licence + reliable vehicle for travel between venues. Someone who embodies positivity and spreads good energy wherever they go.
