Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for a Training Coordinator based in the Greater Sydney Area. The Training Coordinator will be responsible for managing and organizing training programs, liaising with clients and stakeholders, facilitating training sessions, and ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulatory requirements. Other key responsibilities include maintaining training materials, organizing schedules, and evaluating training outcomes to ensure they align with organizational goals and client expectations. Qualifications Strong organizational, time management, and scheduling skills Excellent communication, coordination, and interpersonal abilities Experience in training program facilitation, training delivery, and resource management Proficiency in compliance and understanding of RTO standards and requirements Capability to provide tailored support and adapt training approaches for individuals and businesses Proficiency in basic computer applications and documentation Knowledge of learning and development principles; experience in adult education is a plus Relevant qualifications in Training and Assessment or similar fields Experience in working with diverse industries or with regional and rural businesses will be advantageous Seniority Level Entry level Employment Type Full-time Industries Education Administration Programs #J-18808-Ljbffr
