Paediatric Occupational Therapist - Aboriginal Health Northern Adelaide Local Health Network – Elizabeth Vale SA Northern Adelaide Local Health Network – Watto Purrunna Aboriginal Health Service – Port Adelaide and Elizabeth Vale Salary : $108,347 - $116,216 p.a. The Northern Adelaide Local Health Network (NALHN) is a leading provider of public healthcare services in South Australia. As an Occupational Therapist, you will provide assessment and treatment services which aim to optimise health outcomes through culturally‑appropriate assessments and interventions, collaborating closely with children, families and communities. Working under limited direct clinical supervision, you will apply your expertise to foster a sense of cultural safety, respecting cultural values while delivering high‑quality care. This role also presents the opportunity to provide direction and support to less experienced therapists, allied health assistants and students, contributing to their professional growth. Collaboration is at the heart of this position, as you will work closely with the Allied Health multi‑disciplinary team, liaising directly with medical and nursing staff from NALHN, Watto Purrunna and other community agencies. Your ability to build strong relationships and communicate effectively across diverse groups will be essential. To be eligible for this position, you must hold an appropriate Degree or equivalent qualification which entitles registration as an Occupational Therapist with the Occupational Therapy Board of Australia.
