We’re on the hunt for an experienced Account Manager with a background in printing to join our high‑performing sales team. This is your chance to take ownership of key accounts, uncover new opportunities, and help shape the future of premium label solutions. You’ll drive revenue through upselling, cross‑selling, and building lasting customer relationships. In this Exciting And Varied Role You Will Cultivate and grow relationships with all clients to improve MCC’s position within those accounts, ensuring MCC is seen as a business partner of choice. This will include a mix of existing corporate accounts along with a mix of smaller accounts. Drive results through proactively prospecting for new customers while maintaining your sales pipeline through Salesforce. Maintain margin levels as per MCC’s sales strategy. Develop plans and strategies to achieve targets and objectives, including tracking and reporting of sales metrics and performance targets. Prepare and deliver sales presentations and proposals to customers and negotiate contracts and pricing agreements. Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure customer satisfaction and cost improvements. Stay updated on industry developments, best practices and monitor market trends. About You Account Management experience within the manufacturing industry; previous experience in printing, packaging or label manufacturing is essential. Experience selling into the FMCG sector highly desired. Passionate about customer service with strong drive for results. Proficiency with CRM tools and a valid driver’s license. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Strong organisational and time‑management skills; flexible and adaptable to changing workload.
