About the role Do you enjoy looking at loan scenarios and finding great lending solutions for clients? Our business is growing, and we are looking for an experienced Credit Analyst who can use their existing skills and knowledge to assess scenarios and research lender policies so we can match client lending needs with the right lender and lending product. Assess client scenarios for credit worthiness Understand how to structure a loan to be presented to a lender Referencing lenders to ensure credit appetite is met Understanding of current lending policies and government schemes Collection and maintenance of supporting documentation Liaise with lenders, solicitors, accountants and appropriate third parties to ensure timely settlements Process of valuations and home loan amendments Oversee the execution of mortgage documents and settlement processes Adhere to all compliance processes Upload all relevant documents into aggregator software, for external audits Contribute to regular team meetings Help deliver a personable and professional service for clients Potential candidate must possess the following skills and experience Minimum 3 years of experience in the mortgage industry Have a thorough understanding of bank policies and procedures Strong organisational skills and attention to detail Ability to work well under pressure, within a fast‑paced environment You must have excellent customer relationship skills, and be able to nurture customers throughout their entire finance journey Process driven Culture and Benefits Competitive remuneration – be rewarded for your success Location – a professional office in Fairfield, 100m away from a train station Professional yet flexible – focused on outcomes Fun, relaxed work environment So, if you would like to work in a client‑centric business that has a well-established reputation where you will be rewarded for your contribution, you are invited to submit your application. #J-18808-Ljbffr
