Senior Financial Accountant - Accounts Payable and Analytics Team Join to apply for the Senior Financial Accountant - Accounts Payable and Analytics Team role at Scentre Group (Owner of Westfield destinations in Aus and NZ) Your opportunity We are offering an exciting 15‑month contract role where you will lead a team and oversee the full payments function, JV distribution, and provide accurate reporting and reconciliations to support Business Services. Day to day responsibilities include: Supervise the end-to-end payments and JV distribution processes Review end‑of‑month cash collection reports and respond to queries on cash flow and debtors Prepare and submit biannual PTRS government reports, analysing data to identify improvements Present quarterly expense reconciliation reports to senior management Provide bi‑monthly outstanding Converga invoice reports to the GM and Directors Approve credit card limit amendments and applications This role is fixed term contract role for 15 months. What sets you apart We’re looking for someone who is proactive, takes ownership, and resolves issues efficiently with minimal supervision. You will be: Proven experience in accounts payable or financial operations, ideally within payments and receipts Proficiency with JDE or similar AP platforms Strong communication skills to effectively liaise with and support internal stakeholders Demonstrated ability to lead and manage a team successfully Exceptional attention to detail paired with strong problem‑solving skills About us Scentre Group owns 42 Westfield destinations across Australia and New Zealand.
