We are seeking an expert in employee relations and operations at the level of a
People and Culture Manager or Human Resources Director.
This is a unique opportunity to ensure the effectiveness of employee performance standards and drive employee satisfaction across our workforce. You will act as an advisor and business partner to individual General Managers and their teams, providing guidance on policies, procedures, and HR-related issues.About the Client:Leading hotel operator in MelbourneHighly ambitious and outgoing cultureSuccessful in all operationsWorkforce of over 2000 staffModern workplace with the latest technologiesPosition: Director of Employee Relations and OperationsRole Overview:Ensure effectiveness in employee performance standardsDrive employee satisfaction across the workforceAct as advisor and business partner to General Managers and their teamsProvide guidance on policies, procedures, and HR-related issuesKey Responsibilities:Foster a positive work cultureMaintain high levels of employee satisfactionAdvise General Managers on HR policies, procedures, and best practicesResolve employee relations matters promptlyStrong on workforce planing and resourcingOrganise and support to assess organisational capability frameworksImplement capability improvement programsEnhance HR operations using cutting-edge technologiesDrive strategic HR initiatives with senior leadershipEnsure compliance with employment laws and regulationsCreate leadership with organisational capability developmen
