Recruitment Officer/Mobilisation Coordinator ISH24 is a leading provider of Confined Space and Safety Services, operating Australia-wide for over a decade. As our business continues to expand, we are looking for a proactive and enthusiastic Recruitment Officer / Mobilisation Coordinator to join our dynamic team on a full‑time basis. With exciting projects on the horizon, we need someone who can hit the ground running, work well under pressure, and thrive in a supportive, fast‑paced environment. About the Role In this dual role, you will be responsible for recruiting, onboarding, and mobilising personnel for shutdown work across various client sites. This includes coordinating training, compliance, site access requirements, and travel arrangements. The ideal candidate will be highly organised, adaptable, and capable of managing multiple priorities at once. Key Responsibilities Manage job advertisements, candidate inquiries, and recruitment inbox Screen applicants and facilitate the end‑to‑end onboarding process Conduct compliance checks including medical bookings and police clearances Coordinate training and orientation sessions Manage mobilisation logistics including flights, accommodation, and contracts Liaise with clients to ensure all access and mobilisation requirements are met Maintain labour lists and site entry documentation across multiple shutdowns High attention to detail and organisational skills Strong verbal and written communication skills Confident, polite, and professional phone manner Proven ability to manage competing deadlines and tasks Comfortable working autonomously and as part of a team Ability to build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders Experience with Rapid Crews and/or INX (desirable but not essential) A proactive attitude and drive to get the job done Join a company where your skills make a difference, and every day brings new challenges and opportunities.
