About the Role We are seeking a Recruitment & Mobilisation Coordinator to join our Brisbane team. In this temporary assignment (approximately three months, suitable for a transition ahead of 2026) you will be based in our South Brisbane office and will report to the Talent Acquisition Lead. Your primary responsibility will be to deliver efficient and timely recruitment, mobilisation, administration and compliance for all Blue and White Collar employees assigned to projects. Hierarchy & Working Hours Seniority level: Mid‑Senior. Employment type: Full‑time. Location: Brisbane, Queensland, Australia. Responsibilities Facilitate all phases of onboarding and mobilisation for white‑ and blue‑collar candidates. Communicate with technical leads and clients to ensure quality of labour and safety requirements are met. Conduct reference checks and background verifications. Book pre‑employment medicals. Coordinate and plan delivery of training. Manage mobilisation and compliance, including client approvals, site access, and training verification. Prepare employment contract documents and ensure accurate documentation. Maintain and build close relationships with candidates and contacts. Handle day‑to‑day administration: file management, CV formatting, and recruitment trackers. About You Our ideal candidate will have experience in mobilisation and/or project administration, with recruitment or human resources exposure as an advantage. You should have a solid understanding of mobilisation and onboarding processes, strong administrative capabilities, excellent time‑management skills, and the ability to multitask under pressure.
