About the opportunity This is an exciting opportunity to join a growing pharmacy team with strong values and commitment to ensuring high quality, evidence based, person‑centered, safe and effective patient care. Primary Purpose / Focus of the role: Provide quality client‑focused care to patients, their family and carers, using a holistic approach. Assessment and monitoring of patients’ physical and mental state. Be part of a multi‑disciplinary team which requires you to provide highly responsive and flexible service to consumers and carers. You will also be required to provide evidence of, or in the process of obtaining : A current Police Record Check and Working with Children Check.
