Further details are on our website About the role: As a result of our continued success and expansion we have various opportunities available for motivated New Home Sales Consultants in the Geelong Region As a New Home Independent Sales Consultant, you will be motivated and driven to build a successful Sales career. Additionally, you will be required to be available to work on the weekends. Responsibilities: Generating leads by engaging clients within the display homes Understanding and assessing clients’ needs and providing solutions Managing a high volume of display visitors, following up leads and achieving high sales targets Providing clients with a first‑class experience, exceeding customer service expectations Developing and maintaining a network of industry partners, such as land developers Overseeing the display home to maintain the highest standards Qualifications: Company contractor requirements such as ABN, public liability insurance and workers compensation if you have employees Driven and highly motivated Hold a current driver’s licence and have reliable transport Proven history and understanding of the volume residential building industry Exceptional industry networking and customer service skills Self‑motivated, “can do” attitude and desire to succeed within your own business Professional approach and a positive can‑do attitude Intermediate to advanced computer skills Ability to meet customer satisfaction levels and exceed expectations New homes experience is highly desirable Benefits: Supportive workplace culture Attractive commission rate Invoices paid fortnightly via bank transfer Support and guidance from our friendly Sales Management Team Display home provided as a ‘tool of trade’ to help with your sales Opportunity to be part of a growing business and contribute to its future growth Please note only shortlisted candidates will be contacted. #J-18808-Ljbffr
