Health Information Manager/ Clinical Coder Join to apply for the Health Information Manager/ Clinical Coder role at St Vincent's Health Australia Overview Join St Vincent's Hospital Melbourne - Health Information Manager/Clinical Coding Positions Available Responsibilities Accurately and efficiently code inpatient episodes to meet internal quotas and support external submissions. Participate in quality activities, monthly coding meetings, and ongoing professional development. Collaborate with your team to continuously improve coding standards and processes. Other ad hoc duties as required. Qualifications Bachelor/Master’s degree in Health Information Management or recognised Clinical Coding qualification Minimum of 2 years’ experience tertiary hospital casemix (desirable) Experience in use of 3M Codefinder software Excellent attention to detail Ability to work independently and as part of a team Eligibility for full registration with the Health Information Management Association of Australia (desirable) A valid Nationally Coordinated Criminal History Check, or willing to obtain Working at St Vincent’s St Vincent’s Hospital Melbourne (SVHM) is a leading teaching, research and tertiary health service.
