Workshop Supervisor The Opportunity TCR Group is a global leader in Ground Support Equipment (GSE) solutions that keep airports running smoothly worldwide. As a Supervisor , you’ll lead a team of technicians, manage daily workflow and maintain an accurate parts store, using your trade background and people skills to keep operations running smoothly. A snapshot of what you will be doing here: Lead a team of technicians including daily meetings, task allocation and planning the workflow for the operation. Assist in maintaining an accurate and organised parts store, including stock control and record‑keeping. Support technicians, monitor job progress and complete administrative tasks in SAP/FSM. Help keep daily operations running smoothly. Who we're looking for: A people‑oriented team player with good communication and organisational skills. A hands‑on, can‑do attitude and willingness to help where needed. Leadership experience or natural ability to take leadership responsibility. Someone who takes ownership and works well in a fast‑paced environment. Someone seeking long‑term career growth. Someone with relevant trade qualification as LV, HV or Mobile Plant Mechanic and strong practical technical aptitude.
