The Role We now have an opportunity for a Retail Sales Consultant to join the team in Richmond. In this role, you will deliver customised service to our retail and account customers both instore and onsite. You'll partner with our customers, build a strong rapport to encourage repeat business, and follow up customer orders and enquiries. About You Great at customer service, with strong sales experience A confident communicator Professionally presented Current driver’s licence Basic computer skills Commitment to learning and professional development You won't need industry experience, just confidence, initiative, enthusiasm and ambition While selling ability is essential, prior knowledge of bathroom products isn’t necessary as you’ll receive full and extensive training; you’ll also be given the opportunity to move along the Reece Career Pipeline.
