About Us My Personal Carer is a boutique, family‑run care provider supporting clients across Sydney's Northern Beaches and North Shore. We pride ourselves on genuine relationships, continuity of care, and helping clients live independently in their own homes. About the Role You’ll work directly with clients in their homes and communities, providing high-quality personal and domestic support. Every day will look a little different – from assisting with daily routines to accompanying clients to appointments or social outings. Key Responsibilities Personal care (bathing, grooming, dressing, toileting) Mobility support and safe transfers Meal preparation and light household assistance Companionship and emotional support Driving clients to appointments or activities Monitoring and reporting changes in wellbeing Maintaining client dignity, privacy and independence About You You are calm, capable, and can think on your feet with empathy and professionalism. You have some hands‑on experience in personal, aged, or disability care, maybe with nursing or clinical exposure. You Will Need Some experience in personal care, community, or disability support Background in nursing or Certificate III/IV in Individual Support, Aged Care, Disability, or similar Current driver’s licence and reliable vehicle Mobile phone, Police Check, and First Aid certificate Mandatory vaccinations (COVID‑19 and influenza) Excellent communication skills and professional presentation What We Offer Flexible hours Ongoing training and professional development Team dinners, coffee catch‑ups, and a positive team culture If you have the experience, initiative, and heart to make a real impact, we’d love to meet you.
