About the Role We’re looking for an experienced Sushi Chef to join our team at Saké The Rocks. You’ll prepare and present premium sushi and sashimi with precision, creativity, and respect for Japanese culinary traditions. Working in our open kitchen, you’ll help deliver an unforgettable dining experience while maintaining the highest standards of quality, presentation, and food safety. Qualifications & Experience Proven experience preparing nigiri, sashimi, rolls, and filleting fish. Strong knowledge of Japanese ingredients, techniques, and presentation.
