Why This Role Exists We’re expanding our Sydney team and need closers who can run qualified consultations, earn trust fast, and close confidently. If you’ve sold in property, finance, or coaching – and know how to lead a value‑driven sale – this is your arena. What You’ll Be Doing Take 5–10 pre‑qualified appointments per week (from inbound marketing and webinars) Run your own pre‑call qualification to ensure a 50%+ show rate Deliver compelling strategy sessions using InvestFox’s proven frameworks Present how clients can safely build $50K–$150K+ equity in 12–24 months Leverage our 15,000+ lead database , plus your own network Bring in 2+ self‑generated clients per month for extra bonuses Compensation & Earning Potential Base (First 3 Months Only): $55KCommission: $4,000 per signed client Deals per Week | Annual OTE 2 Signups – $430K 3 Signups – $638K Top performers earn fast – and scale even faster. Who You Are 2+ years closing $3K–$10K+ in property, finance, or coaching Proven success in commission‑only or entrepreneurial environments You treat your pipeline like a business, not a job Thick skin, big energy, and hunger to outperform Comfortable working evenings/weekends when deals get done See a 15,000‑lead CRM and think: “That’s gold.” Bonus: Familiar with PIA, CoreLogic, or property strategy mapping This is a contact sport. You’ll compete, collaborate, and celebrate with a team that plays to win. The Process We’ll hire 3–4 reps to start. Experience tells us that in the first 4–6 weeks, this will naturally narrow to the 2 best performers who will have a permanent home here. Those two will be the benchmark for the team – setting standards, shaping systems, and helping drive the next stage of growth.
