The Role As a Software Implementation Consultant , you’ll work closely with clients, ensuring a seamless transition to our rostering solutions . You’ll collaborate with teams across the UK and Australia to implement our software successfully across various industries. From initial consultation to final deployment, you’ll play a critical role in shaping how organisations across Australia leverage Totalmobile’s market-leading FSM technology. Skills and Experience We’re looking for someone with at least three years of experience in software implementation within a SaaS B2B environment , leading projects from start to finish. Experience in implementing rostering solutions is essential . Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to translate complex systems into user-friendly solutions are also required. Experience with MS SQL Server and a background in other Field Service Management or Workforce Management solutions would be a major advantage. You’ll work closely with experienced UK consultants, receiving their full support as you establish yourself in the region.
