About the Role As a senior mechanical engineer, you will lead and deliver high-quality building services projects while fostering strong team culture. Key Responsibilities Manage projects from concept to completion. Provide technical leadership and mentoring. Prepare clear and accurate engineering documentation. Collaborate with internal teams, clients and external stakeholders. Support proposals, fee estimates and project planning. Undertake site investigations, tender analysis and contract administration. Ensure compliance with Australian Standards, NCC and sustainable design frameworks (Green Star, NABERS). Apply risk management principles including OH&S. About You We're seeking a motivated, detail-oriented team member who is eager to make an impact. The ideal candidate will have: Australian work rights are required for this position. A degree in Mechanical Engineering. CPEng (or progress towards). Eligibility for National Engineering Register (NER). Registration as a Building Services Provider in Tasmania (or ability to obtain). 5+ years' experience in building services engineering. Strong capability in HVAC and mechanical services design. Proven project leadership and a proactive approach. Excellent communication and collaboration skills. Commitment to continuous improvement. Familiarity with AutoCAD, Revit, and ACADS BSG suite. Knowledge of Australian Standards and NCC. Understanding of sustainable design requirements (Green Star, NABERS). Excited to shape the future with us?
