We’re looking for dedicated professionals to join our team and help shape the future of Rugby League. In the role you will: Develop HPE curriculum aligned units incorporating practical activities that are underpinned by contemporary, evidence‑based learning design principles (e.g., representative practice, constraint manipulation). Design safe and inclusive learning environments for diverse learners that encourages student engagement. Design scope and sequence documents using modified games and activities to deliver holistic HPE/PDHPE outcomes and integrate cross‑curricular priorities. Stay informed on curriculum reform national education trends and evidence‑based practice. Conduct program reviews to ensure relevance across diverse school settings. Partner with professional associations to secure endorsement and accreditation of education products. Build and maintain relationships with educators, systems leaders and curriculum authorities. Ideally you will have: Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build trust and communicate effectively with diverse groups, including educators, administrators and sport industry professionals. Proven ability to collaborate effectively with a broad range of stakeholders to deliver strategic outcomes, ideally within a sport, education or community focussed environment. Recognised teaching qualification and current registration in an Australian state or territory. HPE/PDHPE teaching experience and demonstrated expertise in curriculum development. Primary classroom teaching experience and broad curriculum knowledge across subjects. Knowledge of the Australian curriculum and state curriculum/syllabus implementation. Knowledge and understanding of contemporary motor learning theory and its application in learning design. Proven ability to design and implement resources that embed sport in classroom programs.
