Visit us at: A Sales Role That’s More Than Just Sales We’re looking for a Casual Salesperson to join our team in Dungog, NSW, working three days per week with the potential to move into a full‑time role for the right candidate. This is more than just a retail job — it’s an opportunity to become a trusted face in the community, helping local farmers and hobbyists find the tools and supplies they need to succeed. Your responsibilities will include: Providing friendly, knowledgeable service to walk‑in agricultural clients Handling and loading stock up to 25kg Managing stock levels and restocking displays Assisting with general store upkeep and presentation Collaborating with your team to meet store goals Operating basic computer systems for sales and inventory Supporting rotating Saturday shifts as required The Skills and Spirit We’re Looking For To thrive in this role, you’ll bring a passion for agriculture and a genuine commitment to customer service. You’ll also need: A valid driver’s licence and reliable vehicle Confidence in lifting and moving products (up to 25kg) Strong communication and people skills A team‑first attitude and willingness to learn Bonus points for: Forklift licence Experience in manual handling or stock management Retail or sales experience, ideally in rural merchandise Attention to detail and initiative This role is perfect for someone who enjoys variety, takes pride in helping others, and wants to grow their career with a values‑led local business.
