Associate Senior Associate – Employment Law

Overview Exciting opportunity to join one of Australia's premier Employment law teams Competitive salary and bonus scheme Advise major public and private sector clients alongside market‑leading partners About the role As a result of growth we have a fantastic opportunity for an Associate or Senior Associate with at least 4 years of post‑admission experience to join our high performing and innovative Workplace Law & Culture team. The role is based in our Sydney CBD office; however, at Bartier Perry we all have the opportunity to work flexibly and remotely. The Team Our Workplace Law & Culture team services a broad mix of employer clients including large private sector companies operating across diverse industries as well as State and Commonwealth government departments. You will work alongside leading employment lawyers specialising in employment, workplace relations, discrimination and work safety law who enjoy helping workplaces, people and business prosper. The work is complex and varied, encompassing a mix of advisory and litigated matters. As a senior member of the team you will have ample client contact, be given the opportunity to work autonomously and play a key role in mentoring more junior lawyers in the team.
