About the Role As a Support Worker with Envision, you’ll help participants to: Build independence and develop daily living skills Engage in community and social activities Maintain personal care routines and household tasks Live meaningful, fulfilling lives These positions suit people who: Are passionate about supporting others to achieve their goals Communicate well and work effectively in a team or independently Have excellent people skills Value professionalism, boundaries and confidentiality Have the capacity to meet the physical requirements of the job Are reliable, compassionate and proactive in their approach Flexible shifts are available across mornings, afternoons, evenings, weekends and sleepovers. What You'll Need Current First Aid & CPR certificate NDIS Worker Screening Check (Yellow Card) or ability to obtain Working with Children Check (Blue Card) NDIS Worker Orientation Modules (or ability to obtain prior to start) Manual Handling & Hoisting experience (preferred) Queensland driver’s licence and own vehicle with comprehensive insurance Experience supporting people with complex needs or behaviours of concern is highly regarded Why Join Envision?
