National Manager Business Home Lending – Westpac You'll lead the charge in shaping and delivering the national strategy for Business Home Lending. Think big‑picture leadership, integrating home lending into the broader Business Banking experience, driving growth, and creating seamless customer journeys. You'll inspire a high‑performing team of 160, champion transformation, and set the standard for excellence across the country. This role sits within the Business and Wealth Division, but requires significant engagement and collaboration with the Mortgages team. Key stakeholders will include Commercial, SME, and Small Business Teams, as well as Mortgages to integrate home lending solutions for business customers, driving a whole‑of‑bank to whole‑of‑customer approach. What do I need? Deep understanding of Business Banking and Home Lending for business customers and an ability to drive innovative lending propositions tailored to Business Customer’s needs Proven experience leading a high‑performing distribution teams, monitoring and reporting on performance metrics, identifying trends and implementing improvement initiatives as well as developing capability across the team Ability to navigate and lead through significant transformation, as well as experience contributing to enhanced banker and customer experiences Strong commercial acumen and strategic thinking, coupled with experience achieving target growth in Business Home Lending Exceptional stakeholder management, collaboration and influencing skills Why join us?
