Piano Studios Point Cook is currently seeking a music teacher to work with us We are a busy music school, offering piano, guitar, vocal, bass and violin lessons to over 200 students. We are in demand for lessons, so we need more teachers We are also looking to add the instrument of drums to offer for lessons. We have a fantastic team of teachers who thoroughly enjoy teaching. Looking to broaden our staff range to offer more students music lessons from our waiting list. Ideally, we are looking for a candidate who can teach either guitar, bass or drum lessons. Special consideration will be given to applicants who can teach more than 1 instrument. This position would officially start in February 2026, however the candidate would receive paid training in December 2025 - January 2026. We are seeking for someone to teach on Tuesdays, Wednesdays, Fridays in the afternoon - evenings. (All three days or select which evening works for you). This is a perfect job for a university student or if you are an adult wanting some extra money on the side. We require you to have several years of music playing and have undertaken AMEB exams, the level of exam achieved is negotiable. It would be most suitable if the candidate also has experience teaching. We offer great pay rates, and would like the candidate to be friendly, great with children and adults, confident, and have a good general overall knowledge of music. There is also an opportunity for the candidate to work in other sectors of the business down the track, and to even offer part-time work.
