Overview Executive Assistant – General Manager, Retail Banking at Westpac Group. Full-time, permanent opportunity based in Sydney, NSW. This role is a high-impact, strategic partner position that combines executive orchestration, operational precision and relationship influence. You will run the General Manager of Retail Banking’s full operating rhythm – short, medium and long-term – ensuring priorities, decisions, meetings, travel and strategic cycles are flawlessly managed with zero surprises. You’ll prepare high-quality briefs, communications and performance materials while protecting the GM’s time and elevating leadership effectiveness. Responsibilities Act as a trusted connector across senior leaders and stakeholders. Coordinate the GM’s priorities, meetings, travel and strategic cycles to ensure flawless execution. Prepare briefs, communications and performance materials, maintaining high-quality and confidentiality. Anticipate needs, exercise sound judgment and apply critical thinking to keep the organization aligned. Deliver seamless execution, coordinate key events and projects, and turn ideas into outcomes that drive the business forward. What you’ll need Sound EA experience; you are a seasoned EA and can navigate senior environments confidently.
