This Executive Assistant role is a high-impact, strategic partner position that combines executive orchestration, operational precision and relationship influence. You will run theGeneral Manager of Retail Banking’sfull operating rhythm – short, medium and long-term – ensuring priorities, decisions, meetings, travel and strategic cycles are flawlessly managed with zero surprises You’ll prepare high-quality briefs, communications and performance materials whilst protecting the GM’s time and elevating leadership effectiveness. Acting as a trusted connector across senior leaders and stakeholders, you bring commercial curiosity, sound judgment and strong critical thinking to anticipate needs and keep the organisation aligned. With exceptional attention to detail, communication excellence and a calm, structured approach, you will deliver seamless execution, coordinate key events and projects, handle confidential information with integrity, and turn ideas into outcomes that drive the business forward.
