Project Manager Infrastructure Services Delivery

About the Role The Project Manager will be a valued member of the Infrastructure Services Delivery (ISD) Department to lead and undertake a range of capital works projects (new builds and refurbishments) that enhance patient care and service delivery. From inception to completion, using the ISD Project Management Framework, your focus will be on delivering projects within the constraints of quality, time and cost, while ensuring strong project governance and alignment with strategic goals. Responsibilities Lead and manage new build and refurbishment capital works projects for the health service. Deliver projects on time, to budget and to agreed quality standards using the ISD Project Management Framework. Ensure strong project governance, including executive reporting and stakeholder engagement. Prepare and maintain project documentation such as plans, executive briefing notes and project reports. Qualifications & Experience Project Management or other relevant qualifications. Proven experience managing projects using structured project management methods and tools. Demonstrated experience in managing multiple projects concurrently. Demonstrated project governance experience and liaising at executive level. Excellent communication skills, with experience of engaging with multiple stakeholders in complex environments. Experience in budget management and financial reconciliation. Strong written communication skills, with the ability to prepare executive briefing notes, project management plans, and project documentation. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and MS Project. Experience in managing capital projects is highly regarded. Employment Type Full time, ongoing opportunity.
