In-depth Experience in IMS Delivery Management, ITSM, ISMS, PMP Role Description IT Infrastructure Delivery Manager will be responsible for end-to-end delivery, governance, financial performance and delivery led growth. The role demands a strategic mindset with hands-on leadership across operations, stakeholder management, and transformation initiatives. You will serve as the key onsite leader representing our organization, ensuring operational excellence, cost efficiency, and consistent customer satisfaction. Key Responsibilities Lead end-to-end IT Infrastructure delivery across Data Centre, Network, Cloud, End User, and Service Management services. Ensure strict adherence to SLAs, KPIs, and compliance standards while maintaining service resilience and reliability. Continuously assess service health, driving improvements and automation initiatives for efficiency and scalability. Act as the single point of contact for client’s IT leadership and service owners. Build trusted relationships with senior stakeholders, understanding business priorities and aligning services accordingly. Present operational performance, risks, and improvement plan in service governance meetings. Address service escalations promptly and ensure customer expectations are consistently met or exceeded. Own the P&L for the engagement, ensuring revenue realization and healthy margins. Drive financial discipline, cost optimization, and operational efficiency initiatives. Manage budgeting, forecasting, and cost tracking in collaboration with finance and delivery teams. Continuously identify opportunities for cost savings, contract value enhancement, and improved service economics. Account Growth & Transformation Partner with Sales, Solution, and Practice teams to identify growth opportunities within the account. Lead transformation programs aligned with the customer’s cloud, automation, and modernization roadmap. Propose and implement value-added initiatives that strengthen the customer relationship and drive business expansion. Contribute to renewals, expansions, and new service proposals to grow account revenue. Collaborate with offshore delivery teams, tower leads, and technical SMEs for cohesive and effective service delivery. Build and mentor a high-performing delivery team with a focus on accountability, innovation, and continuous improvement. Support workforce planning and succession readiness to ensure long-term service stability.
