About the Role As a Senior Commercial Advisor, you will provide strategic commercial and financial advice across the project lifecycle, from feasibility to execution. Working closely with government and private sector clients, you will help develop and implement solutions that drive successful project outcomes. Key Responsibilities Provide expert advice on procurement strategies , financial modelling, and project delivery frameworks. Manage contract negotiations , claims, and variations to ensure value-for-money outcomes. Conduct detailed risk assessments and develop mitigation strategies to support project success. Collaborate with stakeholders to optimize project delivery and compliance with governance frameworks. Lead the development and implementation of commercial strategies for large-scale infrastructure projects. Support post-contract reviews and provide recommendations for continuous improvement. About You To succeed in this role, you will bring : Extensive experience in commercial and contract management within infrastructure or major projects. Proficiency in procurement processes and familiarity with delivery models like PPP, D&C, and alliance contracts. Strong analytical skills, with experience in financial modelling and risk management. Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills, with a collaborative approach. Relevant tertiary qualifications in law, commerce, engineering, or a related field. What’s on Offer?
