Be among the first 25 applicants Candidates must be willing to relocate to Sydney Permanent position This is Sydney based role Our client is seeking Contact Centre Specialist to join one of the largest and most high‑profile Contact Centre programs in the country. The primary purpose of this role is to facilitate the delivery of managed services and technical support for Cloud Contact Centre technologies at times on customer premises and remotely. The position is based within the Technical Operations group which is positioned within our client’s Business Integrated Client Services. The Technical Operations division provides support and delivery of ICT services to a wide range of external clients in the Australian market. Services range from fully managed ICT infrastructure service offerings to support for vendor and third‑party maintenance agreements. Skills & Experience Required Bachelor’s degree in IT, Engineering, or equivalent hands‑on industry experience. Strong end‑to‑end implementation experience and 3rd‑level support of 1–2 major contact centre platforms (NICE CXOne, Genesys, Cisco, Avaya, Verint) across large enterprise environments (Government or Banking industry preferred) Deep domain knowledge in contact centre or unified communications technologies. Solid understanding of ITIL frameworks (Change, Incident, Problem Management). Proficiency in SIP and Session Border Controller (SBC) management. Experience with call recording systems and integrations. Proven expertise in large complex technical environments with strong problem‑solving abilities.
