Centralian Motors is seeking a Car Salesperson to sell new & used cars in Alice Springs We offering Generous Base + Uncapped commissions + Super + maintained company car – this position is 5 days per week & permanent employment in Alice Springs NT with the possibility of an immediate start. We have the expectation of you to earn a minimum of $90,000 per year at out min. sales rate standard plus superannuation plus the opportunity (uncapped) to earn more by exceeding min sales targets Centralian Motors Alice Springs is owned & operated by locals, we have been here since 1969, selling and maintaining the brands of: Ford, Isuzu Ute, Nissan, LDV, Suzuki – join the already successful team where you will enjoy on the job training, factory backed training, management back up, a dealership with a solid reputation and trust along with the possibility of career growth. To be considered for this role it would be desirable to have a sales or customer service background, for you to have a desire to deliver a customer experience beyond expectations, be process driven & detail orientated along with being solutions driven. The successful candidate will be self-motivated but also thrive in working in a team environment (small team), all pushing towards a common goal. You will be driven, determined and extremely customer focused. You will have a passion for helping customers and a desire to succeed.
