Our platform listens to real consults, transcribes them securely, and instantly generates clinical notes, letters, and reports, saving doctors hours a day. We’re growing fast across Australia and New Zealand, trusted by leading specialists and now expanding into enterprise and hospital networks. With a strong base of paying customers and fresh capital behind us, Medow is entering its next phase. Opportunity We’re hiring our first Enterprise & Partnerships Lead — a strategic sales operator to build and own Medow’s enterprise motion across ANZ, following strong early traction in 2025. You’ll be hands‑on from day one: mapping the market, opening doors, and personally driving the end‑to‑end sales cycle for larger healthcare organisations (30+ clinicians), key associations, and IT partners. This is a builder’s role — you’ll define the playbook, prove it through execution, and establish the foundation for scale. Once the motion is proven, there’s a clear path to grow the enterprise team and step into leadership as Medow expands. You’ll work directly with our CRO and leadership team to design, execute, and evolve Medow’s next phase of growth. Responsibilities Own enterprise sales execution: Drive the full sales cycle for organisations >30 clinicians — from outreach to close — across ANZ, adapting your approach for major city hospitals, regional networks, and multi‑site practices. Map the market: Identify and segment enterprise opportunities across ANZ by region, specialty, and organisation size, defining where Medow delivers the most value. Prove and scale the motion: Deliver measurable ARR, then build the structure (SDRs, AEs) to expand the function. Collaborate cross‑functionally: Partner with Marketing, Product, and SMB Sales to align Medow’s GTM strategy and refine messaging across segments. Develop IT partnerships: Build and manage partnership programs with healthcare IT providers to create new go‑to‑market channels revenue opportunities. Represent Medow: Work alongside our CRO at conferences and industry events to position Medow as the trusted AI partner in specialist healthcare. What Success Looks Like A clearly defined enterprise market map within your first two months. A proven, repeatable enterprise sales motion that becomes a core GTM pillar for Medow. Enterprise partnerships that strengthen Medow’s brand and product direction. Are a builder who can prove a motion before scaling it. Don’t rely on highly recognised logos to get through the door. Have been involved in defining and creating and enterprise sales motion from scratch. Have 5+ years in B2B SaaS or healthcare sales, ideally with experience selling to hospitals or large medical practices. Are passionate about meaningful technology that directly improves patient care. High‑impact stage: Join as Medow scales from SMB dominance to enterprise expansion. Category creation: Help shape how AI transforms specialist medicine. Leadership growth: Build and lead the enterprise sales function from zero to scale. Talent density: Work with a high‑performing team of operators who move fast and expect excellence. Autonomy & ownership: You’ll have full accountability for your motion — and the backing to grow it fast.
