Enterprise Partnerships Manager

We work hard, support each other, and focus on results that matter. Purpose You’ll be responsible for driving partner growth across Australia and APAC. This means managing and developing relationships with large enterprise affiliates and partners, and building new, high-value partnerships that strengthen Commission Factory’s position in the region. This role suits someone who’s commercially sharp, thrives on autonomy, and has a proven record of turning complex relationships into tangible results. You’ll need to be comfortable switching gears quickly, working across multiple markets, and making decisions that move things forward. What you’ll do Partner Management Manage and grow a portfolio of enterprise partners across APAC Lead commercial discussions and secure strong placement and pricing agreements Review performance data and identify growth opportunities Act as a trusted advisor, helping partners scale their business with measurable results Coordinate internally with client service and product teams to drive activation and performance Represent the partner function in key meetings and industry events Enterprise Business Development Identify, pitch, and secure new enterprise-level partnerships Own the full partner lifecycle from prospecting through onboarding and activation Lead commercial negotiations and ensure contracts meet both partner and company goals Build a scalable recruitment process that maintains quality and pace Secure exclusive opportunities that strengthen our market leadership Report on commercial impact and forecast future opportunities What we’re looking for Proven success managing enterprise relationships and delivering commercial outcomes Experience negotiating and closing high-value deals Strong understanding of eCommerce and digital marketing models Excellent communication and presentation skills with senior stakeholders Comfortable working in fast-moving environments with competing priorities Confident using CRM and analytics tools Nice to have 3–5 years’ experience in affiliate, partnership, or performance marketing Experience working with global teams or multiple markets Advanced reporting or data analysis skills Thought leadership experience (events, panels, or published content) Why this role matters This isn’t a job for someone chasing titles or comfort.
