Fresh Provisions has two unique fresh food stores in Perth focused on providing high quality products with equally high standards of customer service. We are seeking enthusiastic and keen applicants to join the Fresh Provisions experience and who will become valued members of our team. The Mount Lawley store has a Cheese Specialist position available for 3 or 4 shifts per week. Fresh Provisions prides itself on its selection and extensive variety of cheese, dips and olives and we are searching for a passionate and experienced Assistant. The ideal applicant would be able to deliver: Qualifications Possess a passion and broad understanding of cheese Have previous experience in the preparation, cutting and wrapping of cheese Minimum 2+ years of cheese handling experience required Have merchandising flair Have experience in managing fresh inventory Minimum 1-2 years of delicatessen experience required Fresh Provisions operates 7 days a week. This position will require some weekends and/or evening shifts. This could be a great position for a person looking for flexibility in their working hours. Penalty rates apply to some evenings, Saturdays and higher penalties for Sunday shifts.
