About The Role
As a Learning & Development Consultant, you will collaborate closely with key stakeholders to identify key learning solutions. Your focus will be on analysing learning needs and managing vendor partnerships. You will drive impactful programs that empower employees and contribute to the company’s culture of growth.
DUTIES
Manage on going learning solutions, covering areas like training needs analysis, instructional design, and training delivery logisticsManage relationships with vendors to deliver impactful Learning & Development solutionsLead and manage hands-on execution of designated programs, ensuring tangible results
Skills & Experience
Proven experience in developing and delivering Learning & Development content, including leadership development.Deep understanding of adult learning principles and the ability to craft effective solutionsStrong skills in needs analysis, consulting, negotiation, and facilitationExperience in eLearning delivery or instructional design is a plusFamiliarity with LMS management is beneficial
ABOUT YOU
The ideal candidate is a dynamic individual with experience in delivering impactful Learning & Development content, particularly in leadership development. Possessing a keen understanding of adult learning principles, you exhibit a strategic mindset for designing programs that yield tangible results. You will need to demonstrate a proven track record in vendor management and innovative thinking, including eLearning delivery. Your proactive and collaborative approach with senior stakeholders, coupled with your ability to translate insights into actionable strategies, will enable you to excel in this role.
