Responsibilities You will deliver high-quality, trauma-informed case management services to clients, working collaboratively with local services and stakeholders. Responsibilities include holistic support, referrals, education, group work, team planning, maintaining records, and ensuring compliance with standards and policies. About You Essential Qualifications & Experience Qualifications in Community Services, Social Work, Counselling, or other relevant fields (Diploma minimum) Experience working in case work or counselling roles with women, children and young people who have experienced Domestic and Family Violence Experience in social or community work, counselling, and group facilitation Extensive experience working in a trauma informed, client-centred way Holds a current and valid Working with Children Check Models & promotes BaptistCare vision, purpose and practises & leads others aligned with our Shared Values Excellent communication skills verbally and written Advanced skills in risk assessment and case work relating to Domestic and Family Violence Demonstrated ability to be self-motivated but also work collaboratively as part of a wider team Demonstrated ability to develop and maintain relationships with a wide range of key stakeholders, services, agencies, departments, and government and non-government organisations Actively engages in clinical supervision and line management About Us We are proud to be part of the merged care organisation that will be known nationally as BaptistCare.
