You will deliver high‑quality, trauma‑informed case management services to clients, working collaboratively with local services and stakeholders. Responsibilities include holistic support, referrals, education, group work, team planning, maintaining records, and ensuring compliance with standards and policies. Our team works together to create trusted places where people gather, community is strong and lives are transformed. We walk with each person to understand the unique circumstances of their life and empower them to live well through practical and reliable support. Essential Qualifications & Experience Qualifications in Community Services, Social Work, Counselling, or other relevant fields (Diploma minimum) Experience working in case work or counselling roles with women, children and young people who have experienced Domestic and Family Violence Experience in social or community work, counselling, and group facilitation Extensive experience working in a trauma informed, client‑centred way Holds a current and valid Working with Children Check Current driver’s licence required Essential Competencies Models & promotes BaptistCare vision, purpose and practices & leads others aligned with our Shared Values Excellent communication skills verbally and written #J-18808-Ljbffr
