About the Role We’re growing and looking for hard‑working, high achievers to join our team as a Bike Mechanic. No need to be a bike expert – full on‑the‑job training provided with our bicycle academy program. Responsible for building, servicing, and repairing bikes to a high standard of safety and quality. Assisting customers with technical enquiries and providing support to the retail team by recommending suitable products and services. Managing workshop booking system and keeping customers informed about their bookings. Mechanical aptitude – we will provide on‑the‑job training. Some mechanical experience in a related field is desirable and experienced Bicycle Mechanics are highly valued.
