Community Marketing Specialist – Fitness & Wellbeing Join our Fitness and Wellbeing Vertical as a Community Marketing Specialist and make a real impact every day. You’ll help grow and celebrate our community of customers and partners while supporting Xplor Gym’s mission to empower gyms to keep members healthy for longer. Responsibilities Support all Xplor Gym community initiatives, both in-person and virtual, across Australia and New Zealand. Create, manage and cultivate relationships with current Xplor Gym clients and potential prospects. Develop and maintain client referral, retention, and partnership programs. Curate content from the Xplor Gym Community, telling our brand narrative. Shape and support our social media strategy to showcase client successes and community moments. Strengthen Xplor Gym’s brand presence and awareness in the market. Location Remote 100% in Australia; preference for Melbourne (office located there). Some in‑office collaboration and event attendance may be required. Qualifications 2–3 years of experience in health and fitness or a related industry. Strong event and experience management skills (IRL & virtual). Proficiency with design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, and Canva. Content curation expertise and comfort on camera or speaking in front of a group. Social media proficiency; able to execute the Xplor Gym social media strategy. Strategic thinking, collaboration, and problem‑solving skills. Experience with project‑management tools like Asana or Monday. High integrity and organisational responsibility.
