As our Growth Marketing Specialist, you’ll play a hands‑on role in scaling our reach - acquiring new students, activating schools, and driving high‑impact growth initiatives. About The Role The Growth Marketing Specialist sits at the intersection of marketing, partnerships, and sales enablement, with a clear mandate: expand Revision Village’s reach to every IBDP learner and school globally. This is a hands‑on, entrepreneurial role that blends commercial drive with creativity. You’ll design and run growth experiments across digital channels, optimise campaigns for impact, and help turn insights into initiatives that drive measurable adoption and revenue. What You’ll Do Lead and grow Revision Village’s D2C and B2B school marketing initiatives, driving measurable impact on adoption and revenue. Run data‑driven growth experiments across email, paid, and community channels to acquire, nurture, and convert leads. Design and execute full‑funnel campaigns that engage students directly and activate schools through events, webinars, scholarships, and conferences. Turn student, teacher, and school insights into actionable improvements for product, pricing, and go‑to‑market strategy. Build scalable playbooks and repeatable processes to accelerate both D2C and B2B adoption globally. Leverage cutting‑edge AI tools to optimise campaigns, accelerate experimentation, and maximise ROI. Play a key role in delivering Revision Village’s FY26 growth targets, with direct impact on B2B partnerships and tutoring revenue. About You You’ve led and grown D2C and B2B marketing initiatives that delivered measurable impact on adoption and revenue. You have a proven track record of lead generation and funnel management, from top‑of‑funnel awareness to mid‑funnel engagement and conversion. You understand audience engagement, customer lifecycle marketing, and automation tools, and you know how to use them to scale. You’ve run data‑driven growth experiments across email, Google Ads, paid media, and community channels that acquire, nurture, and convert leads. You bring hands‑on experience with performance marketing — from campaign setup to optimisation and ROI measurement. You’re excited by the challenge of designing and delivering campaigns for schools, from webinars and conferences to scholarships and special events. You can translate insights from students, teachers, and schools into product improvements, pricing strategies, and go‑to‑market refinements.
