About the Role Our Executive Coordinator is the lynch pin of the office. Providing seamless administrative and operational support to our Chief Executive Officer and management team as well as coordinating other office tasks, no two days will be the same. You will be a whiz at wrangling our CEO's diary, ensuring she is briefed and prepared for her meetings. You will contribute to report writing and board paper preparation and you will manage the onboarding of our members. This pivotal role will also involve providing HR and Finance support to our Business Manager and general administration support to the broader Shelter WA team. About You You will have oodles of energy and commitment. Our ideal candidate will be motivated by Shelter WA's purpose and take pride in the quality of their work. You are an experienced Executive Assistant to Senior Management and develop positive working relationships with both external and internal stakeholders. You're a team player and recognise the importance this role is to the strength and impact of Shelter WA's vision. Shelter WA is fast‑paced and results matter, so the ability to understand and implement instructions, be self‑motivated and work efficiently are the keys to success in this role. Essential Criteria Significant experience delivering high‑level administrative and executive support to senior leaders, expertly managing complex diaries, organising meetings with clear actions and follow‑through. Advanced organisational and interpersonal skills – able to work autonomously, juggle competing priorities, anticipate needs, resolve issues proactively and build strong and trusted relationships at all levels. Demonstrated proficiency in Microsoft suite including Word, Outlook, Excel, SharePoint and Teams. Proven ability to develop and maintain positive relationships. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Familiarity with HR and Finance systems and processes. A current National Policy Clearance. Self‑motivated, energetic and positive 'can‑do' attitude. Exhibit integrity, credibility and trustworthiness. Demonstrated commitment to the purpose and values of Shelter WA. Interested?
