If you're ready to make a difference in a supportive and collaborative environment, we'd love to hear from you Role Responsibilities Assist clients with lodgement of claims with insurers; Data entry of claims into Insight system; Provide advice to clients on best possible resolution; Follow up of claims processes with insurers; Ensure clients receive full entitlements from claim; Answer incoming claims calls; Handle under excess claims for clients including recovery.
