Connective Lending continues to grow and we are currently seeking a Connective Lending Manager to join our VIC Team. The Role This role is predominantly a sales role and will see you identify and influence existing and potential brokers to trust and offer Connective Lending to their clients. The Connective Lending Manager will also operate as a product and policy expert across all Connective Lending funders. Your key responsibilities include: Identify and develop business from targeted Connective brokers Educate brokers on Connective Lending benefits and how to promote and process applications Coach and upskill sales staff on products and selling strategies Monitor real time Connective Lending sales performance and present at weekly state-based meetings Champion the Connective Lending offering through events, joint-visits, networking and presentations Work closely with the Connective Lending Manager Sales & Support to plan and execute acquisition growth and retention strategies The Person You will have skills that allow you to gain trust and confidence in your client quickly. You should also possess an inherent sales ability and have a strong lending knowledge with the capability to interpret products and policies and confidently discuss deals. You will be self-motivated thrive in a diverse environment and enjoy building long standing relationships with both internal and external stakeholders.
