What You’ll Do Lead our dynamic team at Ramsay Pharmacy Coffs Discount Chemist We are seeking a passionate Pharmacist Manager to oversee operations, inspire our on-site team and provide top tier pharmacy services to our valued customers. This is a full-time or part-time role that offers the perfect blend of career growth and lifestyle in a great community. Mentor and develop the skills of our staff, guiding them through onboarding and induction processes for new team members. Provide direction for our Pharmacy team while cultivating a positive culture that empowers everyone to excel. What You’ll Bring Bachelor of Pharmacy or equivalent with current Pharmacist Registration with AHPRA Strong leadership skills, capable of managing and leading a team in accordance with legislative and medication safety guidelines.
