Create a better tomorrow with Siemens Mobility today. In this role you will: Analyse technical manuals and procedures to find training needs for Siemens Mobility and rail customers. Design and develop VET-compliant training: lesson plans, guides, workbooks, e-learning, exercises, and assessments. Work with engineers, technicians, project managers, and other experts to ensure content is accurate and relevant. Use proven instructional design models (like ADDIE or SAM) for effective learning. Keep training materials up to date with new products and industry standards. Stay current with trends in instructional design, adult learning, and VET. Your qualifications and experience: Experience in instructional design or technical training, ideally in rail or transport. Strong knowledge of VET standards and frameworks. Able to turn complex technical info into clear, engaging learning. Great at working with people from different backgrounds and roles.
