Instructional Designer – Technical & VET Join to apply for the Instructional Designer – Technical & VET role at Siemens Mobility . Responsibilities Analyse technical manuals and procedures to identify training needs for Siemens Mobility and rail customers. Design and develop VET‑compliant training—including lesson plans, guides, workbooks, e‑learning modules, exercises, and assessments. Collaborate with engineers, technicians, project managers and other experts to ensure content accuracy and relevance. Apply proven instructional design models such as ADDIE or SAM for effective learning. Maintain training materials in line with new products and industry standards. Stay current with trends in instructional design, adult learning and VET. Qualifications Experience in instructional design or technical training, ideally in rail or transport. Strong knowledge of VET standards and frameworks. Ability to convert complex technical information into clear, engaging learning experiences. Excellent collaboration skills with people from diverse backgrounds and roles.
