Construction Supervisor

We are currently looking for a Construction Supervisor to join a market leading infrastructure company. This is an initial 8 month contract with the possibility of an extension. Responsibilities Supervise 2-storey modular residential developments from site establishment through to handover Oversee civil works, including earthworks, drainage, sewer, and electrical services Coordinate all on-site trades and subcontractors Manage modular installation and offsite-built component integration Ensure site safety, quality, and compliance with project standards Liaise with developers, consultants, authorities, and stakeholders Provide leadership to site teams and maintain clear communication across the project Travel to other QLD project sites as required Required skillset 5+ years’ experience supervising residential or medium-density construction Proven experience in modular/offsite construction, including 2-storey installations Strong civil works background (earthworks, drainage, sewer, electrical) QBCC Site Supervisor Licence preferred Relevant trade qualification or building background advantageous Proficiency with Aconex, MS Project, and construction management software Excellent leadership, communication, and organisational skills Ability to work effectively in a site-based, outdoor environment About Gravity Gravity Resources bring an innovative and fresh approach to personnel secondment through our leadership, technical experience, and project management systems.
