ADO) fixed‑term role, ending , within the Specialist Clinics department / ward is a front‑line customer service position involving a high level of interaction with patients and their families. You will also be responsible for a broad range of administrative duties including the scheduling of appointments. Classification : A020-A025 ($66, – $73, per annum, pro‑rata, plus superannuation, plus salary packaging). What You’ll Achieve Excellence in customer service. Knowledge of Specialist Clinics booking practices. Skills in the use of our electronic medical record. Your Skills and Experience Previous work in a busy front‑line customer service‑based role. Demonstrated experience in multiple computer applications. Ability to communicate in multiple languages or AUSLAN (Australian Sign Language).
